Chris brings over a decade of experience solving complex real estate problems, with a focus on acquiring distressed assets burdened by clouded title, heirship issues, and tenant rights of first refusal.
While building and bootstrapping a curative-title operation in Texas, Chris identified a persistent gap in the market: experienced operators pursuing distressed and non-traditional strategies lacked access to capital that truly understood the model. Traditional lenders, hard-money providers, and most private capital imposed requirements—collateralization, title insurance, and rigid underwriting—that were fundamentally incompatible with curative work. The only alternative was joint ventures that required outsized oversight and the surrender of majority equity.
Chris operates at the intersection of capital and execution. As an active investor and a licensed private investigator (DC #PAI40000043), he is uniquely positioned to underwrite complex opportunities, connect capital with disciplined borrower-partners, and provide strategic guidance grounded in real-world operating experience.

Tori brings a rare mix of title expertise and project management to the funding and operating curative title businesses. Before joining the company, she worked as a title processor with years of experience in underwriting, file management, and navigating complex closings. She also served as Manager of Renovation and Design at Chesapeake Hospitality, leading capital projects for hotels across the country. A third-generation real estate entrepreneur, Tori oversees operations and assists our borrower-partners coordinate draws and accounting with the company.
